Hosted Web Services E-mail

This service was created as a result of SoP 2008.

"Hosted Web Services" (HWS) was launched to offer partners and clients a space to set up projects which are executed in co-operation with or maintained by Andre. Besides businesses, HWS is open to individuals with innovative and ambitious projects and/or requirements.

HWS provides the hosting and setup of various tested Web applications, which are also available in packages designed for specific environments. More applications will be added in the future while programs not yet on offer can be requested on a per-case basis.

Helpdesk

HWS makes extensive use of the Helpdesk service to monitor non-development related problems and to provide quick and efficient support. An ever-growing FAQ (Frequently Asked Question) library is built along the support ticket processing which in parts is also available to the public.
