Who can join HWS?Everybody can submit an application to Hosted Web Services (HWS) - no matter business or individual. However, every application will be subjected to screening for valuation. |
How to join HWS?Joining the Hosted Web Services (HWS) is generally open for everybody - both individuals and businesses - but all applications will be screened for valuation. You can initiate your application with a simple text presentation through this form. |
Do I need a hosting account?You need a hosting account if you want to put your application online unless you do that from your own location/server. You can either choose your own hosting provider or one recommended by Hosted Web Services (HWS) Hosting. |
Do I need a package?Web and Intranet Packages build the platform on which applications are used. You do not need a Hosted Web Services (HWS) package if you already have an environment suitable for the applications you want. |
How are applications selected?Several applications of the same type are selected based on project needs. These applications are then evaluated to see which one(s) fit(s) best into the project's frame of requirements. Other considerations are costs, ease of use, extensions... Often, only one or two out of half a dozen or more app... |
How to get applications?The applications listed by HWS are part of projects executed by HWS. If you want to get your own application individually, you may visit the application developer's web site for more information. |
